Panther Creek Country Club
Developed in 1990 and purchased by its members in 1993, Panther Creek Country Club combines a championship golf course, stunning facilities and a thriving membership. An elegant clubhouse includes restaurants, private meeting rooms, a lower-level banquet facility, pro shop and locker rooms, all designed to promote a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere. Surrounded by beautiful homes, Panther Creek Country Club is conveniently located on Springfield’s growing southwest side, minutes from the Capitol. The Club has developed comprehensive social and athletics programs for men, women and children and strives to be responsive to its family oriented membership. Designed by Hale Irwin, Panther Creek features a 7244-yard, par 72 golf course with a course rating of 74.2 and a slope rating of 132. With five sets of tees, the length of the course ranges from 7244 to 5496. A fully-staffed pro shop overlooks the best practice facility and range available in Central Illinois.

Fairway bunkers on the right could come into play, making for a difficult second shot.

Down hill par 3 with a pot bunker guarding the green.

The most difficult hole on the course, #18 will be a strong finish with a demanding
tee shot, with a water hazard on the right and bunkers on the left that play into a well-bunkered green with undulation.
